Ken Austin

Ken Austin began his career in construction in 1975, developing his craft as a master builder and concrete specialist. In 1995, he transitioned into commercial general contracting, bringing decades of hands-on experience to every project. In 2003, he founded KAustin & Associates with a vision to deliver high-quality construction services built on trust, teamwork, and attention to detail. Ken’s leadership is rooted in his strengths: time management, team building, and a sharp eye for detail. These qualities have guided the company’s growth and continue to influence its reputation for professionalism and excellence. Outside of work, Ken is deeply committed to giving back. He has completed 17 MS 150 bike rides, raising nearly $240,000 to help fight Multiple Sclerosis. He also serves as a chaplain assistant at Polunsky State Prison, offering support and encouragement to inmates. A devoted family man, Ken values time spent with loved ones and leads both in business and in life with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
