Stephen Leaver

Stephen offers over 12 years of combined residential and commercial construction experience to KAustin & Associates. Since joining the team in 2015, he has successfully managed a wide range of interior buildouts, including funeral homes, veterinary clinics, retail spaces, and gyms. He has also played key roles in ground-up construction projects for maintenance shops, schools, and additional funeral home facilities. Stephen is known for his ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and within strict budgets. His communication style is clear, timely, and solution-focused—ensuring clients are always informed and subcontractors receive precise direction. He places a strong emphasis on housekeeping, organization, and safety, maintaining clean job sites with a #1 priority of zero recordable incidents. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, taking vacations, fishing, camping, and coaching his three kids in baseball, basketball, and soccer.
